At Rouge Stye Company,

your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hour notice. We understand the interruptions and last minute changes in our daily lives and work to consistently be flexible with our guests. However, We ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and our standby clients miss the chance to receive our services. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

A cancellation made less than 24 in advance will result in a fee of 100% of your scheduled serviceIf you are needing to reschedule the appointment within the 24-hr notice, or if the appointment was made for the same day, a 50% fee will be charged and you will be responsible for the remaining balance at your next appointment. Rescheduled appointments will need to be scheduled within the week of the original appointment.

 

Cancellations that do not meet the above requirements will result in a 100% fee charged to the credit card on file or will be required to pay before your next booking.

NO SHOW POLICY

A “no show” appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment. 

A recurring “no show” will result in prepayment of all scheduled services. 

REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received in the salon, please notify us within three days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we ask that you return to the salon so that we can evaluate any challenges. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any concerns to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service. Adjustments are made available to you at no cost, only within two weeks of the initial service. If a different service is requested then previously discussed, it will be scheduled and charged as a new service.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Unused/unopened retail products can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. We offer an exchange or product credit on open products, at least 3/4th full, for up to 30 days after purchase.
All tool and brush sales are final.
